With lives in pandemic upheaval, it's not hard to feel off your game.. The balancing asanas of Yoga require the mind to become quiet and attentive to what is happening in the moment; yet the body remains quietly alert, responsive and dynamic in the face of what unfolds, however nuanced. This unique concentration helps us discover how inter-related the body and mind truly are. Let's explore the structure and form of the balance poses as well as the mental formations that help us create a balanced life off the mat. The practice includes breath work and guided meditation. No experience required; all are invited.

This is not a free program, but is donation based as are all my classes during the pandemic. Minimum donation is $15, more if you are able, less if you're strapped. Donate through Venmo or PayPal with firstname.lastname@example.org.
